EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In 2022, the University of Southern Queensland engaged Entekra to address significant water ingress issues affecting a 900 m² building. This problem was causing considerable damage to the structure and its contents, raising serious concerns for the health and safety of staff and students. Entekra was tasked with rectifying these issues to ensure a secure and functional environment. Our solution involved a comprehensive assessment and targeted intervention to mitigate the ingress problem effectively. By implementing robust waterproofing measures, we aimed to protect the building from further damage, thus safeguarding the well-being of the university community and preserving the integrity of the facility.
